The Best English Grammar Checker
In today’s post, I wanted to talk a little bit about the importance of using an English grammar checker. After posting yesterday’s blog on Freelance Writing Jobs for Beginners, I started to think about the Directory list that I came up with of recommended online writing programs.
One of the essential requirements, when you are submitting your article to these websites, is for your article to be grammar and spell checked. You want your articles to look professional. You don’t necessarily have to be a professional freelance writer, but people really do pick up on your grammar and spelling mistakes. So the best thing I have found is to double and triple check your work. If you are a beginner at freelance writing, you might even want to have someone else read through your article before you submit it.
My Reason For Using An English Grammar Checker
I know with my own writing, on my blogs I usually write the way I speak. When I was young, English wasn’t my first language. I know that when I first started school I could only speak a few words in English. So I have to say that through out school English and grammar were always a struggle for me. So my apologizes in advance to anyone who reads my blogs.
If you are anything like me, an English grammar checker and spell checker are my essential tools besides my computer. I must admit that one of my main downfalls when it comes to blogging and writing articles is that my spelling and grammar suck. I’m an artist both traditional and graphic so, I don’t lack in creativity, but when it comes down to putting thoughts down on paper my grammar is terrible.
I’ve always loved story telling and writing. I’ve heard stories from my parents saying that when I was young I used to dictate stories to my dad who would then write pages and pages while I rambled on about one fantasy or another. After 50 years, I often wonder what ever became of those tales I spun every Sunday morning. It seems like not much has changed because it is 50 years later and you will still find me rambling about one topic or another. The only difference here is I have to do my own writing and editing.
A Solution To My Problem – Nothing Like Making Life a Little Easier
The point I really wanted to make in this post is after using loads of free online grammar checkers and dictionaries, thesaurus, and spell checkers, I accidentally came across an English grammar checker that I quite liked.
I know that this grammar checker was a 7 day Free trial and then after that you could pay a minimal monthly fee, but I ended up just buying the a years subscription which was under $100.00 for a whole year. It was one of the best investments I made when I first started writing for article directories and blogs.
I was so impressed with this English grammar checker that I run everything I write through it. I have been using it for over a year and really can’t be without it. I have recommended it to many of my friends and clients who rave about it.
I realize that there are likely a number of other excellent grammar checkers online, and in time, I will get around to reviewing some of the others that I’ve heard of, but for now, I really do recommend this to anyone who does a lot of writing.
